Appointment dates & times:
If you are unable to keep your date please let us know in advance and we can work with you to rebook your appointment for an available date. However, please do not wait until the day of the session and call us to reschedule. If it is not a fault of our own we will not reschedule your appointment and you forfeit your session fee. In extreme circumstances (death in the family, accident, incliment weather) we will be willing to reschedule your appointment to an appropriate date. If you choose to no longer use our services, please be aware that you forfeit your session fees, so please book your dates and times with care. We do appreicate your understanding.
Session Fees:
All session fees are due in full at the time of booking, no exceptions, this will hold your date and time and is non-refundable.
Copyrights & Restrictions:
Please be aware that Joe Hubbard, the photographer, holds all copy rights to any photos he takes. No photos may be taken from this site, copied, scanned, manipulated, or reprinted without the written consent of said photographer. He also holds the rights to use any photos he takes for advertisement or reproduction purposes.
